The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Technical Sales Engineer for an established territory in eastern Pennsylvania with significant room for growth. Make an impact by building relationships, solving real technical challenges, and turning customer success into accelerated earnings.

What You’ll Do
• Grow an established territory with engaged, loyal accounts and substantial room to capture new business
• Partner with industrial plants to solve pump, mechanical seal, lubrication, compressor, and repair-service challenges
• Lead conversations with reliability, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
• Deliver solutions that reduce downtime, mitigate risk, and strengthen long-term plant performance
• Build your territory with confidence, fully backed by our dedicated inside sales and service teams

You're a Fit If You
• Have an engineering or technical background (preferred, but quick learners thrive here)
• Bring 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or industrial plant roles
• Have had exposure to pumps, rotating equipment, mechanical seals, or lubrication products (a strong plus)
• Are persuasive, self-motivated, organized, and thrive on winning new business
• Enjoy connecting with people and influencing decisions through technical insight
