The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced pump mechanic to rebuild, repair, and troubleshoot centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and other rotating equipment in a full-time capacity. This is a chance to join a respected company with excellent work-life balance, steady hours, and strong benefits.

What You’ll Do
Tear down, clean, and rebuild industrial pumps and related equipment
Perform precision measurements (<.001”) and inspections
Diagnose issues and perform component-level repairs
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for parts and document all work
Support root cause analysis with engineering team
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Occasional pick-up/delivery of equipment

What We’re Looking For
5+ years hands-on experience with pump repair, rotating equipment, or industrial machinery
Strong skills in precision measurement and inspection
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
Manual machining (lathe, mill) a plus
Welding or field service experience a plus
Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug and background screening
High school diploma or GED
