Bi-Metal CDSA is a double cartridge mechanical seal design, with Exotic Alloy wetted components. The seal is inventoried with Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B, Titanium, Monel, and Alloy 20 wetted components as standard.

The product is available from 1.000"-6.000" (24mm-150mm), in a wide range of seal face and elastomer combinations, in both standard and ANSI plus gland configurations.

Double Cartridge Mechanical seal
Modular Design
Exotic Alloy wetted materials
Patented design

CURE™ mechanical seal has been designed to bridge the gap between a single and a double cartridge seal.

Traditionally this market sector is serviced by single seals using a rotary lip (e.g. an oil seal). Such designs are capable of sealing secondary fluids, at barrier pressures up to 10 psi g (2/3 of a bar g), but often experience limited lip seal life. This disadvantage is overcome with the CURE™ mechanical seal.

Cartridge unit with secondary seal
External seal with 10 psi g (2/3 of a bar g) capacity
Short external working length
Balanced seal faces (inboard and outboard)
Non-clogging internal rotary
Easy to install

CDM™ - Cartridge Double for Mixers

The seal is offered with the following features:

Accepts greater radial movement than AESSEALŽ products designed for pumps
Designed to run in vapour applications
Quench and Drain environmental port options
Exotic alloy wetted parts available
Hydraulically balanced seal face design
DMSF™ - Double Monolithic Stationary Flow (Patent Pending)
A double cartridge stationary seal with an integral pumping ring and monolithic seal faces.

The seal is offered with the following features:

Incorporates a bi-directional pumping scroll (patent pending)
Directional barrier fluid cooling with the use of a deflector
Stationary design
Monolithic seal faces

Designed to withstand barrier and process pressure fluctuations
Double pressure and Hydraulically balanced seal faces
3/8" NPT large environmental control ports for cooling
Patent pending seal face drive mechanism
Cartridge seal

The above seals are only a fraction of the complete AES product line.
